Job Summary

The Sales Operations Staff supports the sales team by managing sales documentation, preparing quotations, processing orders, coordinating with customers, and ensuring smooth sales operations. This role helps improve customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate administrative support to the sales department.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process sales quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
• Receive and monitor customer inquiries, orders, and requests.
• Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and databases.
• Monitor sales orders from receipt to completion.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Assist in tracking sales targets and performance.
• Follow up on pending quotations and customer concerns.
• Support the sales team in scheduling client meetings and site visits.
• Ensure proper filing and organization of sales documents and records.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

• Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related course.
• Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in sales administration, sales support, or customer service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Experience in the construction, hardware, or industrial products industry is an advantage.
