The Property Officer is responsible for promoting, marketing, sourcing, and selling the company’s real estate properties to prospective clients. The role involves identifying properties for sale, generating leads, conducting property presentations and site tripping activities, assisting clients throughout the sales process, and ensuring excellent customer service from inquiry to closing.

The Property Officer also supports market research, property sourcing, documentation, and coordination with internal departments to achieve sales targets, strengthen client relationships, and expand the company’s property portfolio.

Responsibilities

1. Sales & Client Acquisition

a. Promote and sell residential, commercial, or industrial properties to prospective clients.

b. Source and identify properties for sale, lease, or investment opportunities.

c. Generate leads through networking, online platforms, referrals, and marketing activities.

2. Client Assistance & Account Management

 Maintain regular communication and follow-up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

3. Documentation & Coordination

 Prepare, process, and monitor sales documentation, reservation agreements, and client requirements.

4. Marketing & Business Development

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, potential clients, and available properties in the market.

Job Requirements

Educational Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or related field is preferred

· Licensed Real Estate Broker or Salesperson is an advantage but not required

Professional Experience

· At least 1–2 years of experience in real estate sales, property management, or related sales environment is preferred

· Experience in handling residential or commercial property sales is an advantage

· Proven track record in sales generation, property sourcing, and client relationship management

· Familiarity with property appraisal, valuation processes, and real estate project development is an advantage
