Job Overview

As a Sales Support Associate (Field), you will drive business growth on the ground by acquiring new merchants and ensuring their long-term success. Working directly in the field across Metro Manila, you will convert prospects into active clients, lead on-site onboarding and product setup, and provide immediate support to build lasting business relationships.

Qualifications

• Education: At least college level (undergraduates welcome)
• Experience: 1 year in sales preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Skills: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Requirements: Willingness to do daily field work across Metro Manila; ready to start immediately

Key Responsibilities

• Field Acquisition: Drive lead generation through active local market saturation and identify new business opportunities.
• Onboarding & Setup: Execute on-site merchant setup, run status checks and testing, and optimize product display to drive client adoption.
• Support & Escalations: Resolve basic technical or operational concerns on the spot and escalate complex issues to the right teams.
• Merchant Engagement: Collect user testimonials and case studies to document success and boost client retention.
• Ad-Hoc Support: Perform related operational tasks as needed to support field operations.
