1. Internal resource for cross-coordination with other GCash Support Groups in onboarding new and additional partners (e.g. Onboarding, Wallet Creation, Sales Team, etc.)

• Complete submission of the onboarding documentary requirements and Communicate to the account manager and partner the call-outs on the submitted documents.
• Follow up the lacking onboarding documents with the partner and updating of the partner document/s.
• Act as a bridge between the AMs, Onboarding and the Partner for a smooth onboarding process.

2. Provide an end-to-end support on the voucher execution (manual seeding)

• File and monitor the completion of the funding request, budget id creation and reversal of funds to partner's wallet.
• Filing and submission of the Jasper request form for the campaign creation and guide the account managers and the partners on the actual seeding request.
• Preparation and submission of seeding summary on a per campaign level.

3. Ensure that finance related concerns will be handled, processed and resolve accordingly.

• Processing and filing of request for payment and escalate and monitor resolution of issues concerning settlement, billing, refund, non-payment, etc..

4. Act as the Legal Help Desk specialist by doing the following tasks:

• Routing of contracts to reviewing teams (MISG, Compliance, Infosec, etc.) for review and approval and filing of legal request form.
• Monitoring and follow-up on the contract approval.
• Will ensure that contracts will be approved within the agreed SLA and prior to the onboarding of the partner

5. Work hand in hand with the CXM team in ensuring that all escalated issues are resolved within the agreed SLA.

• Proactively monitor and follow-up of unresolved partner issues util resolution is served and provide timely updates to AMs and partners on the status of escalated issues.

6. Performs adhoc functions as may be deemed necessary

7. Complies to management directive/requirements and submits reports on time
