Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-At least 3 years in supervisory role

-Strong supervisory and team management skills

-Ability to train and educate staff on export compliance procedures

-Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

-Know how on export transactions

Duties and Responsibilities:

-Over all in-charge of Sales Department (shipment and overseas)

-Manage and oversee the overseas sales team to achieve sales targets.

-Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market presence in international territories.

-Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

-Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.

-Generate reports on sales performance and provide insights for improvement.

*Salary Range: 22,000 – 25,000

*Work Location: Rosario, Cavite

Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday - 7am to 5pm

   Friday – 7am to 4pm

   Saturday – 7am to 11am
