QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agribusiness, Animal Science, or a related field

- At least 5 years of experience in agribusiness sales (preferably livestock, poultry, or feed industry)

- Experience in managing sales teams and B2B accounts

- Strong knowledge of pricing, trading, and farm-to-market operations

- Excellent negotiation, financial, leadership, and communication skills
