JOB SUMMARY

As a Sales and Marketing Support Representative at SlideGenius, you will be responsible for being the back-end support for the Sales Team in all the projects—handling and monitoring inbound calls, project tracking, lead qualifying, data entry, and support for the sales accounts team in the US. You will also assist the SlideGenius executive staff with internal projects and/or tasks that are designed to increase efficiency and productivity.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Claim and qualify incoming leads from website/email/LinkedIn.
• Update Salesforce Lead records to help the sales process and maintain data integrity.
• Endorse incoming leads to Sales Consultant according to current lead distribution formula.
• Accept inbound calls if SBS (Small Business Solutions) team is unavailable.
• Keep track of sales emails to make sure nothing is missed.
• Respond to customer emails if necessary.
• Follow the structure and processes of daily tools – Harvest, Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, Slack, DocuSign, and Salesforce.
• Effectively maintain records of sales contacts, sales activities, and customer interactions, utilizing SG’s Salesforce management platform.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Experience with inbound and outbound calls.
• Must be proactive, accountable, action-oriented, and self-starter.
• Prior experience and knowledge of Project Management and CRM software and or technology solutions desirable.
• Ability to work with management, colleagues, and customers throughout the business and industry at every level.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of experience.
• 1 to 3 years of sales experience.
• Willing to work the graveyard shift, shifting schedule, and on weekends.
