We are looking for Sales Manager to join the company in Valenzuela City!

Responsibilities may include but not limited to:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Lead, mentor, and coach the sales team to enhance performance and improve sales techniques.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales tactics and identify new business opportunities.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and updates to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any Business or Marketing related courses.
• 10 years in Sales Department, 5 years of which are Managerial.
• Preferably Female.
• Experience in business forms or food packaging industry preferred.
• Sales Strategy, Sales Targets, and Sales Team Management skills.
• Market Research and Business Development skills.
• Customer Relationship Management and Customer Service skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Schedule: Monday - Saturday

Work Location: Barangay Ugong, Valenzuela City
