This role is responsible for leading the sales team, developing effective sales strategies, and driving revenue growth for generator sets and related industrial equipment. The role requires strong leadership, technical understanding of power solutions, and the ability to establish long-term client relationships in both B2B and project-based environments.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
• At least 3–5 years of experience in sales, with minimum 1–2 years in a managerial role
• Experience in generator sets, heavy equipment, or industrial products is highly preferred
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales team
• Strong background in B2B sales and client relationship management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Ability to develop and implement sales systems and processes
• Knowledge of generator specifications, power requirements, or technical sales is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
