- Lead, supervise, and support the daily activities of the sales team.
- Monitor team performance and ensure sales targets are achieved.
- Develop sales strategies and action plans to increase revenue and client engagement.
- Train, guide, and motivate sales staff to improve performance and productivity.
- Handle customer concerns and provide solutions when necessary.Prepare sales reports, performance evaluations, and progress updates for management.
- Coordinate with other departments regarding sales operations and client requirements.
- Ensure professionalism and excellent customer service within the team.
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new sales staff when needed.
