- Keep track of overall sales performance to make sure everything runs smoothly and transactions are processed quickly.
- Stay in regular contact with sales reps to share useful information that helps them meet their targets.
- Manage the sales incentive program to reward achievements through promotions or bonuses.
- Provide sales teams with tools, scripts, and guides to help them during client interactions.
- Research new strategies to grow both sales and the customer base.
- Preferably university degree plus a proven track record and profitable results also applies
- An experienced manager with a proven track record in Sales Operation. Strong professional network with Distributors and Top Accounts.
