Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the existing sales team to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Develop and implement sales strategies based on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Stay informed of industry developments and best practices to maintain a competitive advantage.
• Oversee end-to-end project and event planning to ensure timely and successful execution.
• Create and manage project timelines, resource allocation plans, and progress tracking systems.
• Monitor project scope, schedules, and deliverables, implementing adjustments as necessary.
• Assign tasks effectively based on team members' skills, strengths, and experience.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.
• Coordinate closely with internal departments including marketing, creative, logistics, technical, and operations teams, as well as external suppliers and vendors.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while proactively resolving challenges and risks.
• Foster a culture of leadership, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
• Conduct site visits and attend events as required.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Event Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience within the event management industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong experience in client relationship management, business development, and account management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and other relevant business tools.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Willing to attend client meetings, site visits, and events as required.
