JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
- Set and track individual and team sales goals
- Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitors
- Maintain client relationships, and manage sales report
- Coordinate and guide sales coordinators during site tripping with clients
- Represent the company in client meetings and negotiations
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Atleast 2 years of sales manager experience, including 1-2 years in a leadership role
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership, and performance management skills
- Proficient in MS Office and sales management tools
