Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities for GPS tracking and fleet management solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, fleet owners, logistics companies, dealerships, transport operators, and SMEs.
• Conduct client presentations, product demonstrations, negotiations, and sales closing.
• Develop sales pipelines and ensure consistent lead generation and conversion.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Electronics, or related field.
• With at least 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in GPS or tech solutions.
• 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
• Willing to travel for client meetings and site visits in the provinces
