Job Description
- Lead sales Operations across physical and online stores
- Develop sales strategies aligned with revenue targets
- Manage sales team performance, training, and incentives
- Build and maintain strong customer and dealer relationships
- Monitor KPIs: Sales Volume, Conversion Rates, Repeat customers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3-5 years of Sales Leadership Experience
- Strong knowledge of motorcycle parts/accessories market preferred
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
- Passion for motorcycles and community-building
