Job Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and ensure KPIs are met.
• Analyze sales reports and identify opportunities to improve productivity and revenue.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
• Conduct competitor analysis, including pricing, products, promotions, and sales strategies, and recommend appropriate actions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to management.
• Collaborate with marketing and other departments to execute sales campaigns and product launches.
• Ensure the sales team complies with company policies, processes, and performance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• With sales experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Strong business acumen and strategic planning abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and make sound business decisions.
• Willing to travel as required for customer visits and business development activities.
