- Manage and nurture client relationships to drive satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and implement account strategies to meet client needs and achieve business goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and products.
- Prepare and present performance reports to clients, highlighting key metrics and growth opportunities.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth and expansion.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in account management or a related role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Qualities and Traits: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
