JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Implement company policies, standard operating procedures, and service protocols.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction throughout the client journey.
- Manage customer concerns, service complaints, and escalations.
- Execute sales strategies, promotions, and customer retention activities.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- With knowledge and background in wellness facility and slimming treatments or procedures
- Willing to manage a start-up company
- Willing to be assigned in Timog, Quezon City
