JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor Degree Holder in Business Management, Marketing, or any related courses

At least 6-10 years of working experience in sales

At least 1-3 years of working experience in a leadership role is an advantage

With working experience in AC or HVAC industry is an advantage

With proven track record in channel sales management and revenue growth is an advantage

Amendable to work onsite

Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Implement channel sales strategies to meet AC sales targets.

Enlarge dealers and distributors network nationwide.

Supervise sell-in and sell-out initiatives to gain market share growth.

Oversee the overall sales performance and contribute on strategic insights and forecasts.

Develop a strong relationship with company partners and stakeholders.

Coordinate with Marketing team for promotions, campaigns, and activities.

Analyse and monitor new business opportunities and market expansion strategy.

Lead and develop the overall sales team.
