Role Summary

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving total sales revenue through:

l Doctor referrals

l Corporate accounts

l Sales team performance

This is a leadership role focused on revenue growth and team management.

Key Responsibilities

l Achieve monthly sales targets

l Manage and guide Sales Executives

l Review daily sales reports and pipeline

l Drive account acquisition and deal closures

l Build partnerships with companies, clinics, and doctors

l Monitor team performance and enforce accountability

l Submit weekly and monthly sales reports

l Identify growth opportunities and market trends

Qualifications

l Graduate of a 4-year course (Business, Marketing, or Medical-related preferred)

l At least 2–4 years sales experience (healthcare or Pharmaceutical  is an advantage)

l With Leadership or supervisory experience preferred

l Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

l Willing to do fieldwork and travel

l Organized and results-driven

Salary & Incentives

l Salary: ₱35,000 – ₱40,000 (based on experience)

l Performance Incentives: Up to ₱50,000 – ₱80,000+ per month based on team and revenue performance
