Are you a high-performing Sales Team Leader who thrives in a target-driven environment? We are looking for 5 seasoned Outbound Sales Team Leaders to lead our Telco B2B outbound campaign.

• Competitive Base Pay: Up to 70k PHP based on experience.
• Aggressive Incentives: 35k PHP commission at target, with uncapped upside.
• Prime Location: Work at the heart of Ortigas (Robinsons Equitable Tower).
• High-Growth Campaign: Lead a team for one of the biggest Telco brands in the world (AT&T).

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years as a Team Leader in a pure outbound sales environment. (Candidates from Customer Service or Technical Support backgrounds will not be considered).
• Previous experience handling Telecommunications (Telco) accounts is highly preferred.
• Experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) sales is a major advantage.
• Proven ability to manage KPIs such as conversion rates, sales volume, and revenue targets.
• Expert at side-by-side coaching, role-playing, and handling "Not Interested" objections.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of outbound sales agents to hit daily and weekly targets.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance reviews.
• Analyze sales metrics to identify and correct underperformance immediately.
• Ensure team compliance with campaign guidelines and quality standards.
