Description
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to enhance performance and productivity.
- Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to capitalize on shifts in the competitive landscape.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Prepare sales forecasts and report on sales performance metrics regularly.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field
- Experience Level: 5–8 years of experience in sales management or related role
- Skills and Competencies: Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Skills and Competencies: Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Qualities and Traits: Leadership qualities with a results-oriented approach
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
