Description
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and goal attainment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients and partners.
Requirements
Graduate of 4 years baccalaureate course in Management or related courses
At least 4 years experience in sales and marketing, 2 year of which is on the supervisory level in sales and 1 year in managerial capacity
Ability to communicate effectively, with great awareness of corporate protocol
With experience in logistic
