Trade Development Executive

As our Business Development Manager, you’ll be at the center of building client relationships, finding new opportunities, growing accounts, and turning plans into results.

No boring “just maintain the account” routine here. You’ll own your accounts, lead people, work with different teams, and help shape what’s next for the business.

What you’ll actually do:

• Grow accounts & sales — build strategies, hit targets, and turn opportunities into revenue.
• Build relationships — connect with clients, understand what they need, and create partnerships that last.
• Lead the field team — manage assigned merchandisers and make sure execution stays on point.
• Collaborate & create — work with Operations, Marketing, Product, and other teams to solve challenges and improve results.
• Stay curious — watch the market, spot opportunities, and bring fresh ideas to the table.

What we’re looking for:

• 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Key Account Management, Sales, or a related role.
• Someone who’s confident talking to clients, building connections, and creating trust.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into action.

• Someone who’s curious, adaptable, proactive, and always ready to learn.
