* JOB RESPONSIBILITIES*
1. *Distributor Management*: Oversee, evaluate, and drive performance across partner distributor networks
2. *Key Account Management*: Build and maintain strong, profitable relationships with major retail accounts
3. *Field Execution*: Conduct regular store visits to ensure optimal product visibility, stock availability, and merchandising standards
4. *BTL & Activations*: Coordinate and execute all product sampling and Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing activities
5. *Market Intelligence*: Analyze market trends and category insights to identify new business opportunities
* QUALIFICATIONS*
- *Experience*: Minimum of 5 years of solid experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry
- *Education*: Bachelor's degree holder
- *Mobility*: Must own a personal vehicle and possess a valid driving license for regular field visits
- *Skills*: Strong negotiation, leadership, and analytical skills
