Oversee, evaluate and drive the performance of sub-distributors to ensure maximum market penetration.
Build, maintain and strengthen strategic business relationships with major retail accounts
Conduct regular store visits and market checks to audit shelf presence, pricing compliance and competitor moves.
Coordinate and execute all on-ground sampling, activations, and below-the-line marketing activities.
Analyze category data and market trends to identify new business opportunities and revenue streams.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 5 years of solid sales experience strictly within the FMCG industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or any related field
• Must own a car and possess a valid driver's license (essential for regular field and store visits)
• Strong negotiation, leadership, and relationship-building skills with a deep understanding of the local retail landscape.
