Description
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Manage key accounts and strengthen client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Lead and mentor the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate multi-regional sales efforts to maximize company revenue.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience Level: 5–8 years progressive sales experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical, dermatology, aesthetics or consumer healthcare industries
- Skills and Competencies: Proven skills in Sales Strategy and Management, Key Account Management, Business Development, and achieving National Sales Targets
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, Excellent leadership, effective People-management, and Coaching abilities
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to organize and manage time effectively while handling multiple projects
- Working Conditions: This role may involve travel to meet clients across various regions
