As part of their growth, they are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with experience in freight forwarding and logistics to develop new accounts, lead the sales team, drive business growth, and oversee air and sea freight operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 3 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics, with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of air and sea import/export operations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and client management skills.
• Proficient in logistics systems and MS Office.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the business.
• Manage client relationships and secure new business opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports, forecast, monitor operational performance.
• Bring in own clients is a plus.
