We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth within the industrial/material handling equipment sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to exceed targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Identify new business opportunities and analyze market trends
- Collaborate with marketing on sales campaigns and initiatives
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis
- Monitor competitor activities and industry developments
- Travel to meet clients and attend industry events
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 3–5 years of sales experience in industrial or material handling equipment
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Strategic thinker with strong market analysis skills
- Willingness to travel as required
