SALES MANAGER
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 5+ years experience in freight forwarding/logistics, with leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of import/export procedures and documentation
- Familiarity with air & sea freight operations and customs regulations
- Good negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with logistics software / ERP systems
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines
Duties and Key Task:
- Supervise daily freight forwarding operations
- Coordinate shipments with carriers, agents, and clients
- Ensure compliance with customs and international trade regulations
- Monitor shipment timelines and resolve delays/issues
- Manage budgets, pricing, and cost control
- Lead and develop logistics staff
- Maintain strong client relationships and service quality
