- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company targets.
- Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives to enhance performance and productivity.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

- Prepare and present detailed sales reports to senior management.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in sales strategy and management, with strong organizational skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Working Conditions: Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry conferences.
