Job Summary

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans within the construction industry. This role involves managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, leading the sales team, and ensuring achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction sector (contractors, developers, architects, project managers, etc.).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with project managers, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of sales experience in the construction industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of construction materials, processes, and project cycles.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic plans.
• Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
