- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and market share in frozen goods.
- Manage and lead a sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and distributors.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the frozen goods industry.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Willing to travel as needed.
