Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager with solid experience in the logistics industry to lead business development efforts, acquire new clients, and maintain strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate must have proven sales experience in a logistics company and is willing to do field work and client visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets
• Identify and acquire new clients for logistics and supply chain services
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Conduct regular field work, client meetings, and site visits
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts
• Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs
• Submit regular sales reports and updates to management
• Attend networking events and business meetings as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field
• At least 1–3 years of sales experience in a logistics, freight forwarding, or trucking company
• Strong background in B2B sales and account management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Must be willing to do field work and travel for client meetings
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of freight forwarding, warehousing, trucking, or supply chain solutions
• Strong client relationship management
• Ability to close deals and meet sales quotas
