• Has a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Familiar with operations in a car dealership environment.
• Holds a valid driver’s license.
• Skilled in operating four-wheel vehicles.

• Oversees and manages the dealership’s aftersales operations while supervising aftersales personnel.
• Accountable for achieving aftersales KPIs and targets, while upholding the dealership’s commitment to outstanding customer service standards.
