JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automotive or related courses

With at least 5 years’ experience in handling aftersales operations particularly in car dealership

With at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role

Can attend Face to Face interview

Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee and coordinate all aftersales operations, including customer support, product assistance, and warranty handling.

Create and execute strategies to enhance service quality and strengthen customer loyalty.

Track aftersales performance, key service metrics, and customer feedback to continuously improve operations.

Manage warranty claims, product returns, and all related service documentation.

Guide and train aftersales personnel to maintain excellent service standards.
