JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automotive or related courses

With at least 5 years’ experience in handling aftersales operations particularly in car dealership

With at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role

Can attend Face to Face interview

Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and oversee all aftersales activities including customer service, product support, and warranty services.

Develop and implement strategies to improve aftersales service quality and customer retention.

Monitor aftersales performance, service KPIs, and customer feedback to improve service operations.

Handle warranty claims, product returns, and service-related documentation.

Train and supervise aftersales staff to ensure high service standards.
