Manager Sales lead a sales team, set sales targets, and develops strategies to achieve revenue goals.

Qualifications:

Leadership & Management: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team toward achieving branch goals and targets.

Sales Strategy & Execution: Skilled in planning, implementing, and monitoring sales initiatives to increase revenue and market share.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for building and maintaining rapport with both customers and staff.
• Able to effectively manage relationships across all levels.

Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking: Skilled in resolving complex issues quickly and efficiently. Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment while keeping the best interest of the business and customers in mind.

Multitasking & Organizational Skills: Proficient in handling multiple tasks simultaneously, managing time efficiently, and adapting to changing priorities in a dynamic work environment.

Customer-Centric Approach: Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on creating positive customer experiences and maintaining long-term relationships.

Educational Requirements: A college graduate with a degree in any field, preferably in business-related courses such as Business Administration, Management, or Marketing.
