Position Summary

The Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue growth for the comapny. The role oversees the sales team, expands the customer base, manages strategic accounts, and promotes the companies'''' portfolio of integrated security systems, industrial automation, AI-powered solutions, IoT platforms, energy management systems, and energy efficiency services.

The Sales Manager will work closely with engineering, project management, technical support, and marketing teams to deliver customized technology solutions that address clients'''' operational, security, and sustainability requirements.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor''''s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Industrial, Computer), Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• MBA is an advantage.

Experience

• At least 5 years of progressive B2B sales experience.
• At least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial sales role.
• Experience in industrial, engineering, energy, automation, security, ICT, or technology solutions is highly preferred.
• Proven experience handling corporate and government accounts.
• Strong background in solution selling and project-based sales.
