Job Description 

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven and experienced sales leader to build and lead teams promoting the Meta Alpha Edge and the Online Trading Platform. The Sales Manager will recruit, train, and supervise Sales Associates while driving overall team production and maintaining personal sales performance. This role is suited for individuals with leadership potential and strong recruitment and coaching abilities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, recruit, and develop a high-performing team of Sales Associates. 
• Coach and mentor team members on investment products, trading platforms, and sales techniques. 
• Conduct regular training sessions on the company’s investment offerings, compliance, and sales processes. 
• Promote and drive adoption of Meta Alpha Edge and the online trading platform among clients and team members. 
• Support in client acquisition efforts, facilitate deal closures, and build strong client relationships. 
• Ensure all team activities comply with company policies and regulatory standards set by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and other relevant authorities. 
• Maintain personal client portfolio and contribute to overall AUM growth. 
• Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and support members in achieving their sales targets. 
• Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecast future performance, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
