• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve company targets

• Oversee multiple client accounts and projects
• Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure successful project execution

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory sales role
• Strong background in business development, sales strategy, and client relationship management
• Experience in the events industry is an advantage
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and lead a team effectively
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Willing to attend client meetings, site visits, and events as needed
