Position: Cybersecurity Sales Manager

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field
• Minimum 4 years of sales experience in IT security, enterprise software, or web services
• At least 2 years of supervisory or sales leadership experience
• Strong skills in CRM systems (preferably Salesforce.com), pipeline management, and sales forecasting
• Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive hands-on sales activities to achieve revenue and growth targets
• Manage pipeline development, forecasting, and accurate sales reporting
• Lead, coach, and support sales team members to improve performance
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and key account management
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve sales strategy and execution
