Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and business goals.
• Lead, coach, monitor, and evaluate the performance of the sales team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s customer base.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and budget plans.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• JLPT N1 or N2 certification is required (Japanese language proficiency for business communication).
• Proven experience in sales, procurement, or production management related to electronic devices or electronic components
• Sales experience in logistics-related industries.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans.
• Results-driven and goal-oriented.
