Our client, a growing company in the manufacturing and FMCG industry, is looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead sales operations and drive business growth across the Visayas region.

Based in Mandaue City, Cebu, this supervisory-level role will oversee the entire Visayas territory, with a focus on developing key accounts, expanding new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing regional sales strategies, analyzing market and competitor trends, identifying business opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute sales initiatives. The role also includes leading, mentoring, and developing the sales team to deliver consistent results.

Responsibilities:

• Develop sales strategies to grow key accounts and expand new business.
• Manage client relationships and identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).

• Proven leadership experience with excellent communication and presentation skills.
