Key Responsibilities

Account Management & Sales: Drive sales growth and maintain relationships with key clients in the automotive and electronics industries.

Costing & Quotations: Prepare accurate cost estimates and quotations for plastic injection parts based on product drawings and customer specifications.

Negotiation & Coordination: Lead price negotiations, manage order/delivery timelines, and coordinate between clients and internal teams (manufacturing, engineering, QC).

Team Support: Assist the Sales Section Manager with reporting, strategy execution, and mentoring sales team members.

Extensive sales experience in a manufacturing company, particularly in plastic products for the automotive and electronics industries

Previous work experience in a Japanese company

Knowledgeable in preparing quotations for plastic injection parts

MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication skills in English

Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills

Work schedule:

Monday to Thursday – 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Saturday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, but 2 Saturdays off

Interview process: 1st Interview (F2F) one day process
