Role Summary:

Responsible for developing and executing the overall commercial strategy for the company's limestone mineral (Calcium Carbonate) products.

Will lead and drive on expanding market reach strengthening customer relationships, managing key accounts and building a structured sales and distribution network. This role will work closely with operations and logistics to ensure that production capacity aligns with market demand and delivery commitments

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Economics, Entrepreneurship or related field
• 5+ years proven sales track record (with measurable results)
• Knowledgeable in calcium carbonate, industrial minerals, or related products and services
• Demonstrated ability to manage B2B sales and large-volume commercial accounts
• Strong network within industries such as construction, cement, manufacturing, agriculture or industrial processing is highly advantageous
• Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and business development skills
• Willing to travel and be based in Angat, Bulacan
