Franchise Manager

1. Manage and support daily operations across all franchise stores.

2. Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and brand standards.

3. Responsible for the acquisition, evaluation, and onboarding of new franchisees.

4. Monitor franchise performance and provide guidance to improve sales and operational efficiency.

5. Coordinate with various departments to support franchisee needs.

6. Conduct regular site visits, audits, and performance reviews.

7. Lead training programs and operational improvements for store personnel and franchisees.

8. Prepare and present performance reports and strategic plans to management.

9. Resolve operational issues and provide solutions to franchise concerns.

10.Drive continuous improvement in customer experience and operational execution.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in franchise management, operations, or business development.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Knowledge in sales, marketing, and store operations.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
