JOB SUMMARY:

The Area Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing sales operations and performance across assigned branches or territories. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, strengthening branch performance, coaching and developing sales teams, monitoring key performance indicators, and ensuring consistent implementation of sales strategies and company standards. The Area Sales Manager also analyzes sales trends, identifies opportunities for growth, and coordinates with management and other departments to address operational concerns and improve overall business performance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in sales, with 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Proven experience in managing multiple branches, territories, or sales teams.
• Strong knowledge of sales strategies, business development, and customer relationship management.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and performance objectives.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze sales reports, identify performance gaps, and recommend appropriate action plans.
• Highly organized, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel regularly to assigned branches or territories.
