Zinctech Galvanizing Industrial Inc. is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive growth within the metal plating and galvanizing sector. As Sales Manager, you will oversee business development, sales strategies, and team performance to increase market share and revenue. This role requires a deep understanding of the metal industry and proven experience in B2B sales management. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to develop effective sales strategies tailored to industrial clients’ needs.

• Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the customer base for metal plating and galvanizing services. Set sales targets, forecast revenue, and prepare action plans to achieve business goals.
• Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations to ensure a high-performing team.
• Market Analysis and Reporting: Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitive landscape to refine sales strategies and support decision-making. Provide management with regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and growth opportunities.
• Pricing and Negotiation: Oversee the preparation and presentation of quotations, manage pricing structures, and negotiate contracts to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent is an advantage.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a sales management role, preferably within the metal plating, galvanizing, steel, or industrial sectors.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of metal plating and galvanizing processes, applications, and the Philippine industrial market landscape.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team, with a proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets. Experience in mentoring and training team members.
