This full-time role is essential in driving the sales strategy and growth for our leading food ingredients brand. You will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of account executives to achieve sales targets.

What you'll be doing

• Leads, motivates and supports Account Executives to exceed and reach sales goals
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to drive revenue growth
• Analyze market trends and customer data to identify new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
• Provide ongoing coaching, training and development for the sales team
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations and finance teams
• Report on sales performance and contribute to overall management

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a sales management role, ideally within the food-manufacturing Industry
• Track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and developing high-performing sales team
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Has experience in leading a team
• Bachelor's degree in any field, ideally in FOOD TECHNOLOGY, CHEMISTRY or BIOLOGY
